Pedersoli™ 1853 Enfield Rifle – .58 Caliber – S.221.577

The 1841 Harpers Ferry Mississippi Rifle was considered the best-looking ordnance rifle of the period and was the first US military weapon made with a percussion lock and no provision for a bayonet. Officially known as the Model 1841 U.S. percussion rifle, this firearm became known as the “Mississippi Rifle” when it was used by a regiment of Mississippians commanded by Jefferson Davis during the Mexican War.
